1. Spend time with you at your offices or over the phone going through your exact requirements
2. Establish an agreement about timescales
3. Document our conversation and ensure you are happy with what has been agreed
4. Ask that you read and sign our Terms and Conditions
5. Issue an estimate
6. Set up procedures in line with your current systems, if required
7. Ask for copies of all stationery, logos, templates, procedures
8. We will agree daily/weekly/monthly contact either via phone, email or face to face. As our service is specific to
you, we can be there when you need us
1. We guarantee complete confidentiality. However, should you require an additional Confidentiality Agreement, this
can be provided.
2. Work can be received either by fax, post or email. We are also able to collect and return local work personally.
3. All work prepared will either be burned onto CD, emailed to client's email address or posted directly as required
with a copy included for your files
4. Documents can be produced either on plain paper or using your own headed stationery.
5. All documentation received electronically is scanned for viruses using Avast's Security Centre's latest anti-virus
software.
6. We proofread all of our work but ultimate responsibility lies with the client. Any minor rectifications will be
administered free of charge.
7. Work is generally completed with 48 hours. However, we attempt to meet all deadlines required.
